In Course Navigation, click the Announcements link.

You can add an attachment to your announcement by clicking the Choose File button [1].

Note: Unless you are using the delay posting option in Announcements, once you click Save, your announcement will immediately be posted in your course.

Recording a Video Announcement
From your announcement text editor, choose the More External Tools option, then choose ARC.

If you’ve previously recorded a video using ARC, you can choose it from the Videos Pane.
If you need to record your video, choose RECORD.
If you already have a video file to upload, click ADD+.
