Resolution: You most likely attend another school that utilizes Clever or are logged in to a non-Launch Clever account.
Click the Go to Portal button on the error page (pictured below).

This will bring you to the Clever dashboard. Click your Account [1] in the top right corner then select Log out [2] to log out of the current account.

Once you are logged out, click the Discovery Education link again from your course navigation menu in Canvas.
