Issue: I do not see my Techbook listed in Discovery Education

Resolution: This means you are most likely enrolled in two buildings (Launch and your seated school building).

Click your Initials [1] in the top right corner of Discovery Education, then click the Switch School [2] button.

On the Choose a school dropdown, select LAUNCH [1] then click the Switch School [2] button.

You should now have access to your Launch course Techbooks.


Issue: I see a message stating “The resource you are trying to access has been removed from our services or is part of another Discovery Education service to which you are not currently subscribed.”

Resolution: This means you are most likely enrolled in two buildings (Launch and your seated school building).

Click your Initials [1] in the top right corner of Discovery Education, then click the Switch School [2] button.

On the Choose a school dropdown, select LAUNCH [1] then click the Switch School [2] button.

You should now have access to your Launch course Techbooks and the resource you were previously trying to access.


Issue: I see a message stating “Uh oh! Please ask your school or district IT to add Discovery Education to your Clever account.”

Resolution: You most likely attend another school that utilizes Clever or are logged in to a non-Launch Clever account.

Click the Go to Portal button on the error page (pictured below).

This will bring you to the Clever dashboard. Click your Account [1] in the top right corner then select Log out [2] to log out of the current account.

Once you are logged out, click the Discovery Education link again from your course navigation menu in Canvas which will log you into your Launch Clever account.
