Student Instructions - Khan Academy

Follow the steps below to access your course curriculum through the Khan Academy resource:

1. Select the Khan Academy link from your course on Canvas.
   
   

   Open

   

   
   A new window/tab will appear with your Khan Academy content.

2. If this is your first time using Khan Academy, follow these quick steps:

   1. Click the blue 'Sign up' button in the top right corner.

   2. Choose 'I’m a learner.'

   3. Follow the instructions on the screen until you see the sign-in options.

   4. Choose "Sign in with Google" and select your @sps.org account.
      
      

3. Before completing any work in Khan Academy, be sure to log in with your @sps.org Google Account.

   1. Choose Login from the upper right.

   2. Choose Continue with Google - this might take a moment to load

   3. Choose your @sps.org account, and choose Allow. (You may not see this, but instead the Login with Google Account will say “Logging you in.”)
      
      

      Open

      

      
      Your name or ID number will appear in the upper right corner of Khan Academy.

Complete your assignment as instructed on Canvas.

1. Screenshot your results. (For help, see the Screenshot instructions.)

   1. Make sure that your name and/or ID number appear in the screenshot.

   2. Make sure the activity title is in your screenshot.

Open

Submit your screenshot to Canvas.
