Enabling and Adding a Co Host - Zoom

Navigate to Zoom.

Click My Account in the top right hand corner. Make sure you are logged in with your SPS credentials. 

Click Settings [1] from the left hand navigation menu then click In Meeting (Basic) [2].

Verify the Co-host setting is toggled to the On position. 

Making a User a Co Host

There are two methods that you can use to make a user a co-host during a Zoom meeting.

Method 1

Hover over the user's video with your mouse cursor. Click the Ellipsis [1], then click Make Co-Host [2].

Method 2

Click Participants in the meeting controls at the bottom of the Zoom window.

Hover over the name of the participant who is going to be a co-host, and click the More > button, then select Make Co-Host.
