How do I access or remove a recorded Zoom meeting’s passcode?  

  1. Sign into Zoom.us.

 2. Click the profile picture in the upper right.

 3. Click your username(johnsmith@spsmail.org).

 4. Select Recordings on the left side menu under Personal.

5. Select a cloud recording name.

6. Click Share in the upper right.

7. Click Show under Password Protection to show the passcode or click the toggle slider to disable the passcode.


How do I disable the passcode on all future Zoom recordings?

  1. Sign into Zoom.us.

  2. Click the profile picture in the upper right.

3. Click your username(johnsmith@spsmail.org).

 4. Select Settings on the left side menu under Personal.

5. Click the Recording tab at the top.

6. Disable the Require passcode to access shared cloud recordings slider option.
