Credit Recovery Bug - Unit Not Opening

A student may report that they have received at least 80% on their Unit Pre-Test but the next unit is still now allowing them to start.

In these cases, we will need to go into the gradebook and find the student, then open their score in speedgrader by clicking the icon next to the score.

This will open up a side menu for the student’s submission, click SpeedGrader.

Scroll to the bottom of the quiz and click the Update Scores button.

This should open up the locked module for the student.
